Conclusion
This industrial training program has provided me good practical
knowledge of Internet,
e-commerce architecture, Front End Programming, Back End
Programming, System Development Cycle and Project management.
Apart from these, following also the areas where I gained some
knowledge.

Communication skills and managerial techniques.
·
Practical aspects and implementation problems of matters,
which have been covered in academic sessions.
·
Field techniques and methods, installation procedures,
designing techniques.
·
Improving responsibility and confidence towards industry and
job oriented universe
·
Knowledge about Internet Every Where concept
Personally,
I am proud to say that I got a great training experience at
AsiaSoft (Pvt) Ltd. I feel that I’ve been a member of AsiaSoft
Team.
As this is my very first working experience, I got to know about
the organizational structures, the organizational policies and
styles, the different roles of management, the way of
communications between the different level of personal such as
communication between superiors, peers and subordinates and more.
No way that I can forget the courage of our Industrial Training
Division. My special thanks to Industrial Training Division,
Faculty of Engineering, University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka for
giving this opportunity.
Finally I could say, according to my experience, Industrial
Training period is one of the most important time in the degree
period and it improves the student in all the best ways.
