           AsiaSoft is an advanced technology company specializing in Software Development,e-Business Consulting, Computer Risk Management and e-Security Assurance. Their software design and development services are supported by e-QPRO the proprietary standards and methodology set by their Quality Assurance Division in addition to the highly acclaimed ISO9001 certification.

            AsiaSoft has around 70 employees and its computer professionals are working on a range of development tools including JAVA, Oracle, SQL, Visual Studio, HAHT IDE, Flash, C/C++, Paradox, Sybase and Image Processing. AsiaSoft has office in Ohio USA and in the Internet City of Dubai. It has also formed Strategic Alliances and Joint Venture partnerships with a number of prestigious US and Indian firms including the following: 

AsiaSoft’s Software Development Division offers Web Development, e-commerce solutions, Custom Built Business Applications and Commercial Software Development to its foreign Customers including Arthur Anderson Consulting & Secretary of state Ohio USA.

AsiaSoft’s Functional structure is as shown in above Fig1.1 and its all operational activities are directed by CEO Ms. Sujatha Nadesan who is also a Board Member.

            As far as Software development projects are concerned they are directly managed by Software Development Division & Quality Control Division while streaming specialized inputs from all other divisional members who will form a Project team in a Matrix form.

All the projects strictly follow Software Development Life Cycles steps to ensure the quality of the output and monitored by Quality Control Division.

I was initially posted to Business Development Division (BDD) under the supervision of Mrs. Lilani Perera – Manager BDD, to develop AsiaSoft’s corporate website AsiaSoftOnline.com . 

On completion of developing the corporate website for AsiaSoft I was posted to QuickAccountant.com Project which is an online accounting system for small businesses under the supervision of Mr. Ravindra Dharmawardana – Manager Software Development Division. I was then posted to PainNet.com Project which is an online medical system for Patients , Doctors and Insurance companies in USA under the supervision of Mrs Buddini  Gunewardane – Chief Technical Officer . 

Beta release of QuickAccountant.com gave me an opportunity to work with Quality Control Division on Testing this Application Software under the supervision of Mr. Vijitha Gangodavila – Manager Quality Control Division. My last but very exciting Project was Design of AsiaSoft Security System which is planned to be an platform independent system to be used as a plug in building block for other AsiaSoft products.
